About Us

This property is located in Largo, FL in a family friendly campground centrally located to all attractions, minutes to beaches and I-275.  This 2 bedroom rental sleeps 4-5 and is fully equipped.  There is a Queen bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom (I also have available a crib and a high chair for infants), full bath, kitchen, DirecTV, DVD player and A/C.  Wi-Fi is available through the park for a small fee.  There is a large open porch and private back yard to enjoy the outdoors.  You have your own private home and parking space.

Park amenities include a beautiful pool, volleyball court, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, laundry center and rec center with billiard tables and various activites for winter stays. The home location is steps from the pool and rec center.  Smoking is allowed but please only outside so that I can accommodate non-smoking guests as well.  Pets are welcome; however, the park does not allow aggressive breeds.  I will require signing a rental agreement that confirms the terms of your reservation.

Rates are as follows:

Weekly

$400/week that includes 6 nights, if you wish to stay longer there is a charge of $50 per night-- if available.  A $50.00 deposit is required before arrival and returned after departure.  Pets ok with a non-refundable fee of $50.00. 

Monthly

$1200/month on a month to month lease with an additional charge of $50 per any additional night if available.  $600 deposit required before arrival and returned after departure.  Pets ok with a non-refundable fee of $100.00.  There is a separate mailbox available to forward mail to during your stay, I will provide you with the key. 

Cable, Electric and Water are all included.
